Hiring Flutter developer

BadniTech is a software company based in Algeria. We build websites and web applications (and sometimes mobile apps). We’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Developer who can deliver scalable solutions, write clean code, and help drive engineering best practices.
Work Type
• Full-time - On-site
• Location: Capital of Algeria, Ain Naadja
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain high quality mobile applications using Flutter.
Use (GetX, Block) to manage overall application state, navigation and dependencies.
Collaborate with design teams to implement attractive and intuitive user interfaces.
Integrate applications with backend APIs, using Laravel where appropriate.
Perform unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and application stability.
Participate in regular code reviews to ensure high coding standards and foster team collaboration.
Stay up-to-date with the latest development technologies and practices to continuously improve development processes.
Skills required:
2+ years' experience developing mobile applications with Flutter.
Knowledge of Flutter/Dart, as well as UI/UX design principles.
Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Proficiency in Laravel a plus, with an understanding of RESTful APIs and relational databases.
Experience with release management tools such as Git.
Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality products on time.
