We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Executive & HR Officer to join our team on an initial 1-year contract. In this role, youโll be responsible for overseeing HR operations, office management, and providing basic support to the chief accountant. Your responsibilities will include managing recruitment processes, employee relations, organizing social activities, and ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office.

Office Management and Accountant Support:
- Handle typical office tasks: purchasing utilities and basic amenities, and keeping the office organized.
- Assist the chief accountant in preparing and verifying accounting paperwork. An accounting degree is not required, but you should be patient, detail-oriented, and have a keen eye for accuracy.
- Organize team-building events and social activities.
- Perform other typical office and paperwork tasks.

- Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
- Support managers and employees with HR policies and procedures.
- Address employee relations issues and provide solutions as needed.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documents.
- Prepare HR-related reports and ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Collaborate with local authorities to meet regulatory requirements.

- A degree or certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in HR, with exposure to multiple HR functions.
- Fluent in English, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with care.

- Familiarity with HR policies and local employment laws.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screenings, and communication.
- Ability to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and handling all necessary documentation.
