A decade ago, Magnus began his journey with us, and yesterday, we were thrilled to celebrate his remarkable anniversary! ๐ŸŽ‰

Magnus started as a student worker, showcasing his passion and dedication from day one.๐ŸŒŸ He quickly advanced, and became a developer and later, a tech lead, all while embodying our core values.

Now, he has taken on the role of Team Lead, and his journey is a testament to what can be achieved through continuous growth, commitment, and embracing company values. Magnus is not only an exceptional leader but also someone whose fun and approachable nature makes him a friend to many.

To support the growth of young upcoming marketeers, Digizuite have welcomed Frederik Larsen and Anton Grรธndal Nielsen as our two new interns in marketing. ๐Ÿš€

Frederik is 25 yo and was born and raised in Odense. He is studying a Master in Brand Management at the Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark which he will finish in June 2024. If Frederikโ€™s face looks familiar, itโ€™s because he has been a part of the Digizuite Marketing team for almost 2 years now. ๐Ÿ‘‡

โ€œI wanted to do my internship at Digizuite because it offers me the opportunity to apply my knowledge of branding in a b2b context. During my time at SDU, numerous courses have been focusing on branding from a b2c perspective. I think that it has naturally sparked my curiosity about the b2b side of things, the similarities, differences, and connections between the two frameworksโ€.

Anton is currently studying for a bachelor's degree in international sales and marketing at UCL Erhvervsakademi og Professionshรธjskole. He grew up in Odense and currently resides there. In his spare time, he enjoys playing padel tennis. ๐ŸŽพ

"I have always had an interest in technology, which made my internship at Digizuite a perfect match. Being immersed in the innovative and fast-paced environment at Digizuite allowed me to collaborate with industry experts, gain hands-on experience and have therefore reinforced my interest in tech-industryโ€.

Frederik and Anton have been working on a project for the last 2 months regarding Digizuiteโ€™s marketing performance on LinkedIn. Following their analytical work, they have presented interesting findings to the marketing team that have been acted upon and implemented in our strategy going forward. ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Besides the project Frederik and Anton have had fierce competition at the ping pong table and Anton seeks to secure an overall victory before his internship ends in mid-November. The rest of the marketing team are following this competition with anticipation and excitement. ๐Ÿ“ ๐Ÿ†

Introducing Jesper, our amazing BDR Manager and Operations Man! โš™โœจ

Jesper joined our team back in 2019 as a BDR student helper on the Nordic Outbound Sales team, and he has truly worked his way up the ranks. ๐Ÿ“ˆ Now, he's leading our global BDR and research team, all while handling various responsibilities related to our tech stack and operations.

Jesper's journey with us began in March 2019 when he joined Digizuite. Right from the start, he felt a strong connection with our company, seeing endless possibilities, trust, and a genuine openness to both teach and learn from a student like him, full of youthful energy and innovative ideas. ๐Ÿ’ก๐Ÿ˜€

Meet Kasper Svane, one of our Software Engineers at Digizuite. ๐Ÿ‘จ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿ’ป

His journey into the world of tech was not originally planned. Initially, he thought he was going to be a doctor, but the medical world didnโ€™t feel right after all.

Kasper developed a strong passion and interest in tech while studying civil engineering where he was introduced to the endless opportunities of software engineering. After meeting Digizuite at a career fair at the university, Kasper knew that this was the right place for him to dive deeper into the exciting opportunities that tech has to offer. ๐Ÿ–ฅ๏ธ

Kasper embarked on his career firstly as an Intern and Student Worker and now functions as a T-shaped software engineer working in our Integrations team. Kasper is thrilled to be able to work across different specialties (integration, frontend, and backend) as it enables him to better understand, not only how the product works, but also gives him insights into how to best work cross-team.

Onboarding a new customer is a lot like inviting guests over to your home for the first time. ๐Ÿกโœจ

You clean and prep beforehand and when the guests arrive, you do everything you can to make them feel at home, show them around and encourage them to self-serve.

You made sure to ask your guests about their favorite meals - what they like and dislike - and you do your best to serve tasty dishes just the way they like it.

Much of this can be compared to the typical customer onboarding process at Digizuite.

Winning new business is just the tip of the iceberg. It starts with onboarding and continues with relationship building and service delivery that in the end make or break your customer/vendor relationship.

At Digizuite, we dedicate a lot of effort to making our customers feel at home. We encourage them to visit our premises for the initial onboarding. What does it take to foster great team culture at a global workplace in the post-covid era?

Sometimes itโ€™s the little things that matterโ€ฆ like starting the workday with a nice breakfast. Our R&D department follows this tradition once a week at our global HQ in Odense โ€“ indulging in delicious Danish pastry and fresh coffee, while chatting about the little and the big things.

Hey, we're back from the European event in Malmรถ, and it was such an awesome experience!

Our interactive omnichannel booth was a big hit and sparked some great conversations.

Meeting partners, customers and new prospects was definitely a highlight.

The event was organized by inriver, and they really knocked it out of the park.

Niels Stenfeldt's keynote on how manufacturers can deliver on sustainability demands was really inspiring, and so was the session by Johan Bostrรถm on product vision and roadmap. All in all, it was a fantastic event and we feel really energized by all the great discussions we had.
