This week we participated in Bag for BørneTelefonen 🍰

Our employees spent the weekend baking cakes and the proceeds from selling these went to BørneTelefonen - an initiative run by Børns Vilkår that ensures more children and young people can talk to an adult at BørneTelefonen who listens and offers guidance.
This year we managed to raise even more money than last year ⭐

What an exhilarating Thursday at RTX! 🎉
20 of our employees hit the track at Mou Gokart for an intense Le Mans-style race 🏎️ The competition was fierce, and the adrenaline was pumping as we battled it out for bragging rights! A lot of laughter and high energy made the day an unforgettable experience 💪

Our fantastic colleagues shared insights into RTX, our finance department, and various career paths available within the technical field. The students' enthusiasm and curiosity also sparked some engaging discussions 😀

Wednesday, we had the please of being part of the event Connect&Match at AAU 😀 It was great to share opportunities for project collaborations at RTX and get a chance to talk to the bright minds at Electronic Systems at Aalborg University 😀

Yesterday, we hosted our annual company day at our headquarters in Nørresundby – this year, focusing on work culture and collaboration😀⭐
Mixed in groups across departments, employees engaged in discussions centered around topics such as feedback culture, the significance of being exemplary role models, and our collective success, all underscored by the theme .
All in all, it was a great day where new professional and personal connections were formed, reinforcing our company's unity 😀

High spirits and sore legs on top of this year's DHL 🏃 👏
A fun evening where well over 30 RTX colleagues put on their running shoes and reached the finish line after a 5-kilometer run through woods and hills in Aalborg 😃

With high energy and cheering on the sidelines, several of our fantastic employees broke their personal records – and a shout out to our fastest runner Lars with a time of 21:20 🏅

Here at RTX we wish support and fund local activities, creative environments, and clubs our employees are involved in😀 Every year we allocate sponsorships to support the good initiatives that benefit many involved and active people in the environments⭐️ This year three sponsorship was given in three various and great programs:

House of Dance in Aalborg - a huge applause to the dance groups bringing home gold medals from Kaufmann Cup final at the Royal Theater.
Hal9k – an association for technology enthusiasts. An open high-tech workshop where you can make (almost) anything and oozes knowledge, creativity, and a social community.
IFN - Idrætsforeningen Fremad Nørhalne - The Sports Association Fremad Nørhalne arranging several cups and activities in the local community.
