Our developers made it again - manifesting that we are working as a holistic IT Management software vendor - now with a new IT Project Management tool as the tangible result.

And why yet another tool?

First, we offer Project Management inside your Microsoft tenant, leveraging core Microsoft features such as document features so data does not leave your Microsoft tenant.

But this is not it. Whether you like it or not, working with modern IT Project Management is linked to and .

In many IT projects, the project teams must create a change request (RFC), which could be a simple configuration of a cloud service or a new DNS record.

We have embedded the part with our new tool, so instead of leaving the PM tool, you make your RFC from the project tool.

The same goes for your services.

From a cybersecurity and service management standpoint, it is valuable to see what services are included in projects, so the direct link we make from the project module to services gives you these insights - without the hassle :)

Thanks to our partner, Operaio, from Switzerland, for last week's two-day workshop in Copenhagen.

We discussed automation with ITSM360 and inside the ITSM tool, and it was impressive to see what Operio could do with the Microsoft Power Platform for ITSM.

We were also fortunate with the weather, which was 25 degrees, a sailing trip to the Port of Copenhagen with good food, and a football match between Denmark and Switzerland at our national arena.
