We are looking for a talented RF Systems Integration Engineer to join our R&D antenna development department to work with our newest generation of stabilized steerable antennas, to be used in VSAT (Ku/Ka band) and Inmarsat’s BGAN (L band) satellite communication systems. The Volvo Ocean Race is a fantastic platform for nurturing our relationship with partners and customers. Yesterday, we have had the pleasure to invite two Danish sailing icons and Olympic medalists, Jonas Høgh-Christensen and Thomas Jakobsen, to join team AkzoNobel onboard their VO65 for a Pro-Am race in Lisbon. Today, we will give partners the opportunity to sail with professional sailors on the teams’ M32s, promising to be an adrenaline filled experience.

If you don’t get the chance to board one of the boats, come try our Virtual Reality experience at the Cobham Pavilion in the race village to see and feel what it’s like to be sailing on a VO65.
