Tuesday was CX Day! 🎉

Every year, CX (Customer Experience) Day celebrates the people and companies dedicated to creating great experiences for their customers and of course, we had to celebrate our amazing CX team! 💚

This year, Julia and Line took us behind the scenes to show how our customers use the circular planner to get a better overview of their plans.
👉 Julia shared a more advanced circular planner
👉 Line showed how an IT department uses Plandisc to structure their work
Two very different examples, but both showing how flexible the circular planner can be.

At last, Sorena gave a quick overview of some of the amazing quotes from our customers:

"I am really satisfied with the support I received. It is a luxury to have a personal guide through the system based on my specific needs coupled with good tips and tricks, which I hadn't thought of myself."

And what is a celebration without a fun game and some cake. We got to know the CX-team a bit better, by guessing different statements of theirs.

👋 Welcome to the new member of the Plandisc team!

In August, Nikolaj joined Plandisc as Lead Developer in our IT department. His focus is on building new solutions that make planning even more intuitive and valuable for our customers.

But there’s more to Nikolaj than code and development:
🍕 He makes authentic Neapolitan pizza almost every week - complete with all the right equipment (and, according to Nikolaj, maybe a bit too much of the equipment).

🥁 He has also been playing the drums since he was 6 years old.

We’re thrilled to have Nikolaj on board. Welcome, Nikolaj! 🎉

Last week, we told you about the AI workshop held by our AI leads. We also teased some of the results, which we don’t want to keep from you.

The task was to craft a five-frame visual story of how an organization moves from chaos to clarity with Plandisc, told from a specific role's perspective.

𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐢𝐧𝐠) 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐀𝐈 🤖🧠

AI continues to evolve quickly, and at Plandisc, we are exploring what it means in practice. Not just for how we work internally, but for how we plan, collaborate, and create value for the people who use our platform.

Yesterday, we had another company-wide AI workshop. It gave us a chance to test new tools, challenge our habits, and see how AI might help us work a little smarter.

Our five AI leads, Eva, Lina, Sorena, Oussama and Nicklas, shared the projects they’ve been working on. The rest of us got our hands dirty with prompts and exercises they had prepared.

What did we learn?
🎯Crafting good prompts takes practice.
💡That collaboration often leads to better ideas.
🦆And that, unexpectedly, Donald Duck became a core part of one team’s creative process (yes, really, more on that soon🦆)

We’re not aiming to master AI overnight. But we are building a shared understanding, step by step, just like when planning together. When everyone can see the same picture, moving in the same direction is easier.

Yesterday, we celebrated how training can also bring colleagues closer together - and improve team effort. At Plandisc the fastest team were... Team Lease a Disc with a solid time on 2:00:21. However, there were also some very fast individual runners 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️

• Fastest woman: Katja with a of 23:01 minutes
• Fastest man: Asger with a speady time of 14:52(!) minutes, being the 4th fastest runner in Aarhus

Now everybody needs to rest, recover, and have some well-deserved cake 🍰
