Not just because it’s Grundlovsdag or Father’s Day, but because it’s our very own CEO Claus Jul Christiansen’s 60th birthday! 🥳

A day marked at our offices with celebrations, flowers, cake, and presents – and as the rum aficionado Claus is, he was of course given a very nice bottle of rum on behalf of all employees. 🥃 – not to fret, it was not opened during work hours. 😎

Time for a new approach to AI in your organization? 🤖💭

AI, especially Microsoft Copilot has become part of our daily work at WorkPoint, and what are some of the things we have learned?

✨ The integration with Office 365 apps makes some tasks easier and quicker to solve.
✨ You must be explicit, clear and detailed in your prompts.
✨ Don’t settle for the first answer, iterate on the responses.
✨ Be mindful of accuracy and truthfulness – do fact checks and ask for sources.
✨ Use the same, consistent standard terminology in your prompts to get more accurate answers.
✨ A great tool to get your tasks started, especially ideations, brainstorms, drafts, etc.

You might think it all sounds great, but there is in fact an essential step missing – the step you MUST take before being able to take full advantage of the capabilities of AI in your organization.
