Read how Ziik has put improved communication and increased engagement on the menu at McDonald’s in Finland, the first of the four Nordic countries to go live more than a year ago.
With around 5,000 employees, Food Folk own the right to operate the McDonald’s brand across the Nordics. Managing a staff as large as that requires a clear channel for communication and coming from an old-fashioned, top-down system, Food Folk managed to bring all their internal communications to a single, modern platform with Ziik.
We had a chat with the key stakeholders across the organization, from the HQ to restaurant managers and crew trainers, about how the transition has helped their organization boost information sharing and employee engagement.
