Built for what’s coming.

GLP-1 at 25 dollars a month is rewriting weight-loss coaching. Half of gen Z already track their own health data. When the drug handles the appetite and the watch counts the steps, a workout plan on its own is no longer worth paying for.

For years Ina coached the way the industry told her to: one to one, every client on her own shoulders, in whatever hours were left. It worked, right up until it didn’t.
