We were happy to present the IKONN range this year at Synsmessen in Odense, together with our partners Insight Hjælpemidler and Lysoglup ApS. We had the chance to show our new callipers, angle measure and colour sensor for the first time in Denmark along with other exciting developments about which we’ll be sharing details soon.

Like any new product, it takes time to raise awareness and it was fantastic to see the growth in interest from sight professionals and members of the public since we presented for the first time last year!

Three great days in Sandefjord two weeks ago where we attended the triennial Nordisk Synskongres along with our IKONN distribution partners ProVista Spesialoptikk As (Norway) and Iris Hjälpmedel AB (Sweden).

It was a fantastic opportunity to connect with professionals from across the Nordic region working with low vision. We were also proud to debut our IKONN products in Icelandic and Finnish, offering functionality previously unavailable for blind users in those countries.

To top it off, we received the great news that nearly all of our range is now approved for reimbursement in Norway when supplied to visually impaired users.

A big thank you to everyone we met — we’re excited about the next steps in making independent living more accessible across the Nordics.

We are excited to announce our newest reseller partnership with Insight Synshjælpemidler! After many years working in the industry, Michael & Johannes recently took the exciting step of setting up their own company selling and advising on aids for visual impairment. We are looking forward to working with them in the coming months and years to help provide high-quality aids for daily living to the tens of thousands of people in Denmark who deal with low vision every day.
