When using AI to draft job descriptions, it’s easy to let convenience trump personality and authenticity 🤖✍️

AI can speed up writing, but you also run the risk of producing a generic copy that doesn't reflect your unique employer brand and company culture.

Here’s what to watch for:

→ Preserve your voice: AI learns from data, which doesn't necessarily include your personal tone-of-voice. Always infuse your own tone – whether that’s playful, serious or purpose-driven – so candidates sense the people behind the post.

→ Avoid hollow buzzwords: “Innovative”, “dynamic” or similar appear in almost every AI-generated description. Swap them for concrete examples.

→ Check for bias: AI reflects its training data. Scan for unintended gendered or exclusive language and adjust to stay inclusive.

→ Iterate and humanize: Treat the AI output as a first draft. Edit, add anecdotes or quotes from current employees, and make sure every line feels true to your brand.

AI tools can be a great helper, and if you are aware of their pitfalls you will be able to write fast without losing the personality and authenticity that makes your post stand out.

The idea of a 4-day workweek has been buzzing for years – and it’s not showing signs of slowing down 🔥

In short, it’s about maintaining full-time pay and output, while cutting the number of working days from five to four – and expecting the same or even better results.

Recent pilot tests in Germany show just how powerful this shift can be. Companies reported less burnout, improved work ability, and better talent attraction. Some even saw higher revenue and fewer resignations.

But it’s not a silver bullet. Whether it works depends on how – and where – it’s implemented.
