2026 isn’t even over and I think I’ve already found my restaurant of the year.

is a Michelin star experience that earns every bit of that star, from the door greeting to the final herb tea we picked ourselves at the end of the meal. Yes, picked ourselves. From their garden.

Chef and founder Jonathan K. Berntsen has built something really special here. The wine cellar alone is worth the visit, one of the largest champagne collections in Denmark. And before the cheese course, you head downstairs for a full cheese session in what is basically an award-winning cheese shop living inside a restaurant. The courses themselves are Kinder Surprise energy, some dishes you’ll still be thinking about months later. That lingering aftertaste is exactly what a Michelin star should feel like.

The building used to be a pharmacy. The art throughout is stunning. In summer, there’s a garden. It is genuinely beautiful in every direction you look.

Not enough carousel slots to show you everything, but trust me when I say: if you go once, you’ll be planning your return before you’ve even left.

Copenhagen dining doesn’t get much better than this. 🌿

Can you eat spicy or Thai spicy?
Finally found a real Thai restaurant in Copenhagen!
Do not settle for soupy red curry anymore! It should be thick and packed with flavour like they served at .
Krapow is my all time favourite! And IT IS SPICY! So the Thai milk tea is a must to cool down the heat a bit 😅.
And their portion size is unreal for Copenhagen!
Dinner, late night snack and lunch the next day! 🧡

Bring your friends to this hidden gem!

Missing real Thai food? Remember to Book your table cos it’s packed with my fellow Thai friends there!

I always love nice pool!
Coming new rooftop pool in Copenhagen!

The inner harbour of Copenhagen welcomes a new set of water-based experiences for bathing.

The new island development will be host to a new range of water-based experiences where people can swim both inside and outside in the harbour itself. A 5000 m2 water-culture centre designed by Japanese architect, Kengo Kuma & Associates will be a neighbour to the Opera house and connect to a harbour pool in the north-east corner of the island. This public building will also accommodate a wellness centre and community facilities.

The Water Culture House is made up of solid brick stums with light glass bridges spanning between them. The stumps are formed without any specific back or front, giving different perspectives when moving between them. Some bricks have been left out leaving open spaces to look through and bringing in bands of sunlight. After dark, the opposite effect is created with light shining through the holes from the inside. An outdoor pool with heated water is elevated to span between the tops of the stumps.

The water experience extends outside and onto the quayside with a pool for both children and adults. In a tower of the house, meeting rooms as well as training facilities are arranged.

World renowned Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, was born in 1954 and educated at The University of Tokyo, where he is now professor of architecture. He established his office, Kengo Kuma & Associates in 1990, and has since completed works in over twenty countries and is the recipient of numerous awards including The Architectural Institute of Japan Award.
Kengo Kuma & Associates are known for creating architecture in natural materials which belong to and support their cultural and environmental contexts.

Rooftop cocktails in Copenhagen 🍸
Soak up the Danish summer and cool off here!

Top floor, sunset hitting the city, and cocktails that actually live up to the hype. Not one of those loud tourist spots — more low-key, sit down, stay longer than planned.

If you’re looking for:
• rooftop bars in Copenhagen
• sunset drinks with a view
• something a bit more hidden

This is one to save

My prediction 🔮 It’s going to be a long warm summer ☀️
I can’t wait to explore more beautiful spa in Sweden. I’m still enjoying the feeling of 2 days not doing much but to relax.
Go in the weekends! Work is overrated 😅

Sweden really knows how to do spa hotels.

We had two lovely stays at Falkenberg Strandbad and honestly… the warm pools alone made us want to stay there for hours. Not one of those “heated” pools that still feel cold when you get in 😅

Indoor and outdoor pools, sun beds, palm trees, soft lighting, good cocktails, and somehow it felt more like a tropical island than Scandinavia.

The service at both breakfast and dinner was genuinely great too. Friendly staff, attentive without being too much, and the food experience overall was really solid. ( beside the burger 😅)

The sauna area is on the smaller side, but still cosy and relaxing. We stayed in a room close to the spa area, so we could hear the music quite early in the morning the first day. But after mentioning it to the staff, they actually listened and fixed it right away. Small thing, but good service matters.

Not too far from Malmö if you’re coming from Copenhagen. Public transport is doable, but having a car definitely makes the trip easier.

Would we go back? Yes. Especially for that pool temperature alone 😂

Thank you for a lovely stay 🧡 #

What’s the fuzz about? By now I think we’ve seen a lot about this place on social media, Their truffle parmigiano pasta…
It is as what it looks from outside as inside.. well dressed youngsters hangouts…
Their portion size is definitely made for sharing. So I’d say it’s a decent price to go with a group of friends.
One dough for everything. As I was explained their focaccia is the same their pizza… so then it’s not really a focaccia isn’t it…😅
Negroni was on the strong side, tasted very good but went straight my head …😅
The service was very friendly. Beer served in chilled glass. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. It is not bad but…
If I’m going for great pasta I’d go to Osteria Toscana | Tuscan Pasta Restaurant Copenhagen just 2 doors down on the same street. Pizza- I’d go to La pizza di Roma. With Donna I think I’d go again it would be for the atmosphere but the dishes I can pretty much made it at home…😅 so nothing impressive. Nothing surprising or out of the ordinary… I’d go for more authentic Italian restaurants in town.

Copenhagen hotpot review: Amagerbro's got a new spot, but let's talk about the 'all you can eat' meat limit (3 portions, really?). Still, good value, fast service, and spacious. Nørrebro's new spot and Kumo in Glostrup are next on my list!
‘s February hotpot Sundays are a sign I need to eat more hotpot. Who's in?

New Dosa bar in Frederiksberg!
Indian vegetarian restaurant
A lovely little restaurant with vibrant colour decor.
I do wish the dosa 95kr were a bit thinner and crispier, it might not have been fermented enough so I’ll try again next time.
Good heat on the VEG HYDERABADI BIRYANI 125kr big portion.
PALAK PANEER 125kr with rice was one of the best I’ve tried in CPH.
Close exactly 21, staff kind of just took everything away without really asking 😅 I’d had taken the leftover…

Overall I missed a bit of a kick, but I’d go back and give the dosa a try again!
