For each one, ask yourself two questions:
1. Do we have a contract? Can you find it in under two minutes?
2. How much did we spend with them last year and how are we progressing to date — and how much of that is clearly covered by that contract?

If you can't answer question 1, stop there. Fix that first.

If you can't answer question 2 within a minute, you don't have a contract management problem. You have a spend linkage problem.
