🐝📣hiveonline expands into Mozambique's Beira Corridor!📣🐝
Hiveonline is thrilled to announce our three-year partnership with the International Fertilizer Development Center (IFDC) in the Triple Resilience (3R) Program funded by the Embaixada da Suécia em Moçambique (Embassy of Sweden).
🎯 Hiveonline will focus on seven districts in Mozambique's Beira Corridor, digitising the operations of these farmers' VSLAs and Cooperatives, which marks a significant step toward and building and .
📱Hiveonline’s innovative digital platforms will empower 33,000 farmers throughout the program with farming production plans to boost , from formal financial institutions and mass distribution of information and knowledge for . Additionally, the platform will provide powerful data for more efficient monitoring and evaluation (M&E) and decision-making for enhanced program management.
🌽 In addition to the current production plans for various cash crops (including ) on the app, we are excited to expand into the and (beekeeping) value chains through the 3R Program, unlocking new economic opportunities for the region!
✅ By fostering more resilient and self-sufficient communities through digitisation and connecting them with key actors (such as financial institutions, offtakers, and input providers), hiveonline is advancing the 3R program’s goals of enhancing , , and .
