To attract international financing, the Solar Energy Power Plant should be minimum 30 MW. Our investor will secure 70% – 80% financing/equity and local investors will also secure 20% – 30% financing/equity.

Power Purchase Agreement (PPA): evidence and commitment from local off-takers. For example, a utility company willing to purchase all power produced from the Solar Power Plant.

This is an opportunity for providing Solar Photo Voltaic (PV) energy from a Solar park and feeding into the grid. Our Solar energy partners offer to structure financing, provided a bankable Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) running over a minimum of 20 years has been established.
