We're exploring who's doing what in laser cutting and introducing speakers, demonstrations and guided tutorials to how to laser cut. This event brings together these two domains in three ways: 1. As a Friday bar, after work, drop by for a drink, enjoy the atmosphere. The atmosphere will include: DJs, interactive installations, performances, and other geeky/nerdy fun. 2. As a Presentation opportunity. A room will be set up, conference style, with chairs and projection space. We will book in presentations here for people who would like to present their work. We will create a schedule of presentations closer to the date and include it in the invitation and on the event page. 3. As a Meeting opportunity. We will set aside 1-2 rooms for meetings, which can be booked in advance. If you have someone in the Copenhagen area, or from DELTA who you'd like to meet with, you can arrange to meet them at Republikken during the event, for a short half hour pow-wow session, where you can meet more formally in a quiet room and then come out and socialize in the cafe area. Please contact Vanessa ([email protected]) if you have a meeting you would like to schedule. Our aim for this event is to connect businesses, creatives, entrepreneurs, and makers in the relaxed Friday bar atmosphere, with the structure of a well organized business event.
