Ses vi på Træfpunkt HR 2025? ✨🏫 ✨

Den 24. og 25. september kan du møde os på stand 121 i Øksnehallen - og samtidig opleve store dele af HR-Danmark til årets største HR-event. Det bliver to dage fyldt med ny viden, stærke keynotes, inspiration og ikke mindst netværk med over 2000 HR-ansvarlige.

Hos Safe Online arbejder vi hver dag med at hjælpe virksomheder med at finde og beskytte følsomme data – og det gælder især HR-afdelingerne, som behandler rigtig meget følsomt materiale. Vi snakker typisk med dem, når de:

Her hos Safe Online gør vi os klar til lidt julehygge på kontoret og en velfortjent juleferie. 🎄🎁

Men før vi lukker computeren ned, vil vi gerne dele nogle spændende nyheder fra de sidste måneder.

Vi har haft fuld fart på udviklingen af DataMapper (vores værktøj, der gør det nemt at få styr på virksomhedens følsomme data) og ShareSimple (vores udvidelse til Outlook, der gør det sikkert at dele data).

🚀 New feature: Custom Risk Keywords! 🚀

With DataMapper's new feature, Custom Risk Keywords, you can add your own risk words to monitor for. Or delete those that are irrelevant to your specific business.

With Custom Risk Keyword you get 3 benefits:

1️⃣ Add unique expressions for monitoring
Customize your privacy search engine by adding your own sensitive risk terms. A scenario could be a building society wanting to show a list of specific defects for new tenants. That could be "moulding" in bathroom or kitchen areas. The word is not necessarily on DataMapper's list, but with Custom Risk Keywords the building society can add it themselves. Build a privacy search engine that is tailored to your company.

2️⃣ Get more precise results
You get the option to delete risk terms from search queries and thereby minimize false positives. For example, if you work in the retail industry, the term "Corona beer" should not be considered sensitive, even if the word "Corona" is. Use Custom Risk Keywords to remove it from the search. In this way, you avoid having to clean up files, emails and images that do not actually contain sensitive terms.

3️⃣ Limit the scope of your privacy cleanup
By adapting your risk terms, you have the opportunity to adjust the scope of your privacy cleanup. You will be able to minimise the cleanup project so that you don't have to focus on all sensitive terms from the start. You can thus start with the terms or sensitive term categories that have the most effect on your compliance.

Safe Online is entering the UK market! 🇬🇧

We are extremely proud to announce that we will be introducing DataMapper to companies in the UK.

The operation will be spearheaded by our Senior GDPR Consultant Kim Bøgeskov Andersen. Kim have previously lived in Manchester for 11 years, and will leading our international expansion journey in the UK.

Kim states: "We want to help companies in the UK to process their sensitive data. We know that the privacy regulations in the UK are covered by The Data Protection Act 2018, an implementation of the GDPR. Finalist hos Nordic Legal Tech Award 2023!

Vi er glade og beærede over at kunne fortælle, at Safe Online er blevet anerkendt som en af de tre finalister til den prestigefyldte pris "Nordic Legal Tech Award 2023" ved Nordic Legal Tech Day (NLTD), der blev afholdt i København i sidste uge.

Vi tog ikke prisen denne gang, men fik vist hvordan vi enkelt og effektivt løser en stor udfordring for danske virksomheder – korrekt håndtering af følsomme data

Den Danske Legal Tech Award fungerer som en platform til at fejre og anerkende løsninger, der med høj grad af innovation og kundetilfredshed løser konkrete juridiske problemstillinger for danske virksomheder, på tværs af brancher og sektorer.
