We are looking for our own growth-hacking business developer.

As we double down on our traditional sales channels, we also want to invest time and resources in experimenting with new unexplored channels to fuel our growth.

Your job will never be the same month over month, as we plan to have bi-monthly experiments.

Think about this position as a demo environment where we test new sales processes before moving them into production.

A very non-exhaustive list of things you will work on:

- Collaborate with channel-specific marketing teammates (blogging, email, social media, etc.) to identify areas for growth

- Test and optimize marketing tactics for customer acquisition (e.g. online advertising, direct mail, out of home, affiliate) and conversion rate optimization

- Propose creative new projects, from building free tools and apps that attract prospects and convert leads to testing new approaches to capturing existing demand

Together they participated in a workshop that has the potential to significantly improve the efficiency and overall satisfaction of the team. Last winter, our Head of Design, Simon Svankjær Morel, got invited by IT-Branchen to speak about the relation between UX and AI. For those of you who don't know, IT-Branchen, is a trade organization for (you guessed it) the IT industry in Denmark. Simon's input has been found valuable, so he got invited by Sif Neldeborg to partake in discussions representing UX, AI and ethics going forward.
Last week the first meeting under the new government took place. New Danish PM, Mette Frederiksen, has declared the administration's visions, including those for the Danish IT industry and sustainability. Denmark has a great potential for becoming a leader in utilizing design and technology sustainably, something we are very fond of here at BotSupply, and Simon giving his expert opinion at those bi-monthly meetings is a huge asset for the ethical development of IT industry 🙌

A little glimpse into today's session with one of our clients. Simon Svankjær Morel l had the pleasure of on-boarding company members into our Bot Content Management System powered by Oracle. Because it has been created by humans for humans, we make sure it's easy and intuitive in use. People with zero knowledge about intelligent digital assistants can learn how to build a bot in just few hours, while having a good time and smiles on the faces :)
