The AI assistant will be used directly by IP’s customer service teams during live calls. As conversations unfold, it supports agents with contextual knowledge, suggested answers, and relevant information in real time, thereby contributing to faster case handling, higher quality advice and a more consistent customer experience.
The solution is built specifically for complex customer conversations within the pension and insurance area, where accuracy and high quality are crucial.
