We recently published our cNPS/CPS Benchmark Report based on over 12M candidate responses.

Here's a summary of what you need to know:

1️⃣ The Candidate Promoter Score (CPS) stems directly from the Candidate Net Promoter Score (cNPS) framework. The data is collected in the same way – it is the presentation of results that is different.

2️⃣ The CPS is shown on a 0-10 scale, while the cNPS ranges from -100 to 100.

3️⃣ With the CPS, a score of 5 is considered "okay". For the cNPS, the middle ground is 0.

4️⃣ The top 2 performing industries are Fast-Moving Consumer Goods and Logistics with CPS of 7.57 and 7.13, respectively (cNPS: 28.41 and 20.39).

5️⃣ The 2 lowest performing industries are Finance and Retail with CPS of 5.25 and 5.50, respectively (cNPS: -41.67 and -20.51).

Flip through the Benchmark Report and find your industry to compare your results.

But remember: if you're in the Finance industry and your CPS is cNPS is around -40... there is still a lot of room for improvement. Just because the industry is averaging this low, doesn't mean you shouldn't take the opportunity to get your cNPS to +40.

Great Candidate Experience is still a novelty for many and you can easily leverage it into a competitive edge for your business.
