Mental health is just as vital as physical health. And yet, for many, it’s harder to talk about, harder to prioritize, and sometimes even harder to recognize in ourselves. The pressures of modern life, tight deadlines, constant connectivity, and the challenges of remote work can make it easy to ignore the signs of stress, burnout, or disconnection.
By acknowledging the importance of mental health, we reduce stigma. By taking intentional steps—literally and figuratively—we build a culture where care, empathy, and resilience are part of how we work.
