Victims and witnesses to critical situations are left to deal with the situation on their own, a situation where many panic, lack skills and are unable to provide accurate descriptions to the emergency dispatch. The solution is to give the emergency dispatch access to a live video feed from the callers’ smartphone, thereby enabling emergency personnel to remotely assess the situation, visually, as soon as they receive a call.
