Contact rate is one of the most common challenges we hear from outbound teams. Most assume it is a volume problem. More dials, more activity, more pressure on reps.

You’ve worked closely with development teams before, know how to frame good problems, and aren’t afraid to make a decision when things stall.

You’ll work closely with our engineering team to support collaboration, hiring, and long-term team health. This role suits someone who has likely been a developer themselves and understands how technical teams operate.

Your day-to-day will involve recruiting new team members, running 1:1s, handling feedback and growth conversations, and making sure our high-autonomy culture continues to work in practice.

Both roles are full-time, based in our Aarhus HQ, and will report directly to our CTO.
