It has been a while. Much work has been done on Noah to further improve the functionality, user experience and service delivered to our customers.

Some highlights:
General: Many UI fixes and improvements.
Certificates: Updated and optionally linked to, from VNP's.
Tickets: Added "Assign ticket to me." button. This will assign the ticket to current user.
Responsible: Added Certificates and Tickets to Responsible view. This enables user to get alert on to be expired certificates.
Bugfixes:
Search: Fixed AND/OR error.
General: Many list pages are converted to DataTables for better search and paginating experience.

Updated to version 1.72 rel. 5

It has been a while since last update. But much work has been done in that time.

The Crypt of passwords has been moved from mcrypt to openssl function. That requires conversion of passwords. Script placed in upgrade directory.
Noah has been prepared for running on Docker platform. Config.php needs update once Noah unpacked. See dist-config.php that is enclosed!

Some bullets:
• List Assets: Ajaxified for faster access.
• Noah is tested to run on CentOS and as a Docker image. Will be released shortly.

Updated to version 1.72 rel. 4
It has been a while since last update. But much work has been done in that time.

Some bullets:
• Ticket pages has been updated on many levels.
o Deadline and Inactivity has been added and updated for improved performance and usability.
o Priority has been adjusted to also be selectable by click as well as option for default priority upon creation of ticket.
o Time registration implemented. Register time, expenses and transport per ticket.
• Logging has been split into specific segments ((DB) Database, Email, (Cron) Crontab Scripts, Functions) for focused logging.
• Option to Enable / Disable writing to logfiles.
• Network part has added Switchlayer and improved Vlan / Switchlayer segmentation.
• Certificates has been added so to relate assets with certificates.
• And least but not last, the IMAP fetch mail function has been improved for special characters, images attached and improved match emailaddress against domains to automatic relate created ticket to customer.
• Noah is also tested to run on CentOS.

Noah is getting better and better. Thank you, customers for your feedback and requests for features.

Noah has been released in version 1.71 rel. 34

Improvements in SLA handling in tickets and minor updates/fixes all around.
There is now option to create a default SLA for tickets not being matched specifically. Also a countdown for breached SLA is visible in View Ticket.

Noah release 1.71 rel. 19 is on it's way ;-)

It has been a while since last update - but we have been working hard at getting OAT (Operational Acceptance Test) ready.

Some of the additions and fixes in coming release:

OAT: Operational Acceptance Test in v. 1.0.

Fix: Vlan's and Switchlayer's not "attaching" correctly to Assets.

Projects: Updated overview with ticket stati

Orders: Added Track & Trace to order.

Landingpages: Headers linked to landingpages. Click on link and return to latest visited landingpage.

Priority Icons altered to be more intuitive and explaining.

Plan is release coming weekend.

Been a while since last update. Loads of work has been done in the meantime.

- Feeds : Get info on tickets you have created, edited or is following. Chat with other Noah users from the Feeds.
- Tickets : Pasted images attached to ticket and viewable in ticket.
