🚐 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗦𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗮!

Our colleagues Markus Köbele and Nandhakumar Radhakrishnan were busy on the road from January to February: 4500 km on the road and 2000 km on the water! 🌊

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 𝗴𝗼𝗮𝗹? To train staff, make valuable contacts and represent Cellpack in Scandinavia.
The trip was a complete success! On 25.01.2025 they started in Switzerland and traveled via Denmark to Sweden and Finland. 🗺️
👷 In total, we were able to train 117 installers and convince them of our products and solutions.

A big thank you to all participants for their commitment and enthusiasm! Special thanks also go to our partners and in Scandinavia.

We are already looking forward to the next tour!

🎓 In November, our apprenticeship representatives participated in a one-day training session led by expert coach Mr. Flamm from wvib Schwarzwald AG. 🙌

This hands-on workshop tackled essential questions like:
❓ What are the key rights and responsibilities of apprenticeship representatives?
❓ How can we motivate apprentices effectively and avoid demotivation?
❓ What makes feedback constructive and evaluations fair?

The goal? Equipping our team with the knowledge and tools to foster growth, confidence, and success in our apprentices. 🤝

🇩🇪 Connecting Finnish Expertise and German Innovation! 🇫🇮

In October, we had the pleasure of hosting our Finnish distributor, Multirel, for an on-site training session at BBC Cellpack.

Among the four attendees were two experienced installers who left with a strong conviction in the quality and potential of our brand. ✅

After two years of successful partnership, we are thrilled to see our MV technology making strides in Finland, with initial business ventures already underway.

Earlier this year, our team toured Finland, connecting with valuable industry contacts—a tour we will be repeating in early 2025 to expand our reach and solidify our commitment to the Finnish market. 🤝

Our ambitions are set high, and we are looking forward to exciting challenges and even greater successes. ⚡️

At the annual career fair in Waldshut, we proudly showcased our Industrial Clerk apprenticeship, welcoming students from diverse educational backgrounds—including Realschule, Vocational College, and many more. 🤝

🪛 Students had the chance to assemble the EASY-PROTECT, learning firsthand about our products and their applications.

With over 300 curious visitors, we had meaningful conversations and even gave away exciting prizes through our Wheel of Fortune.
