𝗡𝗮𝗱𝗷𝗮'𝘀 𝗝𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗶𝗻 𝗗𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗻
🏛️ This week, Nadja experienced Europe from a new perspective at 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 Dublin. Through interactive simulations, group work, debates, speeches, and voting sessions, participants gained valuable insights into how decisions and legislation are shaped within the European Union.

📚 At School, the learning journey continued with exercises in vocabulary, presentations, argumentation, conversation, listening comprehension, and grammar helped strengthen communication skills in an 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗻𝘃𝗶𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

🏺 Beyond the classroom, a visit to the 𝗠𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘂𝗺 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗲𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘆 offered fascinating insights into Ireland's rich history and cultural heritage.

🌊 The week concluded with an unforgettable excursion to the Cliffs of Moher, the Burren, and Galway City, showcasing some of 𝗜𝗿𝗲𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱'𝘀 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗰 𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀.

After arriving and settling into her accommodation, our apprentice Nadja explored Dublin's city centre and got her first impressions of Irish life.

📚 At Everest Language School, the week started with self-introductions, personal branding, and LinkedIn. A guided city tour provided even more insights into Dublin's history and culture.

🌱 Another exciting topic: environmental issues and greenwashing. Together with international participants, Nadja discussed sustainability and responsible business practices.

Wissen teilen heißt Kompetenz weltweit stärken.
In den vergangenen zwei Wochen waren Kollegen von NOFFZ China und NOFFZ Mexico für ein intensives Training an unseren Radar-End-of-Line Testern in Deutschland zu Gast.
Dabei ging es weit über eine reine Produkteinweisung hinaus: In einem technischen Deep Dive wurden Systemarchitektur, Testprozesse und Funktionsweisen detailliert vermittelt, um ein umfassendes Systemverständnis aufzubauen.
Unser Ziel ist es, die Expertise an unseren internationalen Standorten kontinuierlich auszubauen. So können Maintenance- und Troubleshooting-Themen künftig noch schneller, effizienter und vor allem in der jeweiligen Landessprache direkt beim Kunden vor Ort bearbeitet werden.
Denn echter Kundensupport beginnt dort, wo technisches Know-how regional verfügbar ist.🌍

Over the past two weeks, colleagues from NOFFZ China and NOFFZ Mexico have joined our team in Germany for an intensive training program on our radar End-of-Line test systems.
The goal was far more than a product introduction. Through a technical deep dive, participants gained a comprehensive understanding of the systems, their architecture, and the underlying test processes.
By strengthening expertise at our international locations, we enable faster support, more efficient troubleshooting, and maintenance services delivered directly in the customer's local language.
Investing in knowledge transfer across our global teams helps us stay close to our customers and provide the level of support they expect from NOFFZ, wherever they are in the world.🌍

Heute ist Internationaler Tag der Freundschaft. 💙
Freundschaften entstehen oft dort, wo Menschen gemeinsam Herausforderungen meistern, Erfolge feiern und sich gegenseitig unterstützen. Auch bei NOFFZ verbinden sich Kolleginnen und Kollegen über Abteilungs-, Alters- und Standortgrenzen hinweg.
Wo Vertrauen, Zusammenhalt und echte Verbindungen entstehen, wächst oft mehr als nur ein gutes Arbeitsklima. Man unterstützt sich gegenseitig, motiviert sich in herausfordernden Zeiten und feiert Erfolge gemeinsam. Genau diese Beziehungen tragen dazu bei, dass nicht nur der Zusammenhalt gestärkt wird, sondern auch die Motivation und die Freude an der täglichen Zusammenarbeit.

On the Road for Germany’s Future: Martin Plum Visits NOFFZ Technologies

We had the pleasure of welcoming Martin Plum, Member of the German Bundestag, to NOFFZ Technologies as part of his annual Backpack Tour across the local district.

Our discussion focused on what it takes to strengthen Germany as an industrial and technology hub. One thing is clear: Germany's SME sector continues to demonstrate remarkable resilience, innovation, and adaptability.

Companies like NOFFZ have repeatedly reinvented themselves, successfully navigating transitions into new markets and technologies while maintaining their global competitiveness.

As the automotive industry undergoes significant changes, we are creating new opportunities in areas such as Aerospace, Defense & Government (ADG) and other future-oriented industries, e.g. Humanoid Robots.

Innovation is there, expertise is there, and many medium-sized companies are ready to drive the next wave of industrial transformation.

At the same time, businesses need the right framework conditions to succeed. Greater planning certainty, competitive operating costs, easier access to funding, reduced bureaucracy, and continued investment in innovation, digitalization, and skilled talent are key factors for keeping Germany attractive as a business location.
