How we shape sustainable EU infrastructures? Come along and find out more 🌍 🌱

Sustainability is on everyone's mind - but are we really doing anything about it? It is not enough to just talk about it. If we want to make a difference, we need to take action together.

At our Insight event on 11 July in our BACHMANN showroom in London on the topic of "Sustainable EU infrastructures", we will focus on the key issues: Sustainability in the product life cycle and reducing the carbon footprint by manufacturing in Europe. Together with our partners Stengel and Salicru, we provide exciting insights and go into more detail on the two key aspects.

💙 Sustainability in the product life cycle: Together we will explore how we can extend the life of our products and reduce waste. We will discuss innovative ideas to use resources more efficiently while improving product quality.

💙 Minimise carbon footprint: By moving production to Europe, we can significantly reduce our carbon footprint. Our event will highlight how companies can not only reduce their environmental impact by manufacturing their products in Europe instead of the Far East or the USA, but also benefit from logistical advantages.

A special focus will be on how end-users and installers can optimally manage their installations. The location of the installation plays a crucial role, as costs, transport fees and import duties can differ depending on the location.

How are we going to work in the future?

A hybrid working model has long been the norm. But the new work culture is interfering with working methods that have been traditional for decades. In addition, there are other trends that are causing movement in the world of work: everyday organisation in digital spaces is becoming more and more natural. Many employees see each other more often in video calls than in the office. In addition, there are communication habits of younger generations: The so-called Gen Z works differently.

Matthias Gauß, Head of Sales - Workspace Management Solutions at BACHMANN, will talk about this topic at the New Work Evolution in Karlsruhe in May 24th.
