The discussion about the right software architecture is as old as it is ideological - and above full of ignorance. Why else does everyone think there is only "either..., or…"?
My point: there is something between microservices and monoliths, the golden mean.
As a software craftsman, I try to combine the best of both worlds:
Flexibility of microservices + ease of development of monoliths = smart solution
