A thrombus can remain invisible until it becomes a serious medical concern. On World Thrombosis Day, we’re highlighting the importance of recognizing and evaluating thrombotic events. Medical imaging plays an important role in this process. CT and MRI can provide detailed views of vascular structures, while advanced visualization tools help radiologists assess complex anatomical regions from different perspectives. With iQ-3D, techniques such as multiplanar reconstruction (MPR), maximum intensity projection (MIP), and volume rendering (VRT) support the visualization of vascular structures in multiple planes. The 3D cursor also allows synchronized navigation across axial, coronal, and sagittal views. For complex studies, having the right images and visualization tools readily available can support efficient assessment and help clinical teams make informed decisions.

Time flies...
Last Thursday marked the final day of the iQ Partner Days 2026 in Rostock. Over three days, our partners from 13 countries shared experiences, discussed challenges, explored new developments, and worked through real-world scenarios together. A big thank you to everyone who joined us. It was a pleasure having you with us in Rostock. We hope everyone had a safe journey home, and we look forward to staying connected.

A new chapter for iQ IMAGE

We are pleased to welcome Julia Holthausen to our management team as Managing Director and CSO. Alongside Managing Director and COO Katja Hoffmeyer, Julia will guide the future development of iQ IMAGE.

At the same time, our founder and long-standing Managing Director, Árpád Bischof, is stepping back from his operational responsibilities. We sincerely thank Árpád for his vision, dedication, and everything he has built over more than two decades. We are happy that he will remain part of iQ IMAGE as Senior Medical and Business Development Advisor.

Together, we will continue to develop radiology software that combines flexibility, reliable performance, and price-optimized solutions for customers worldwide. Our customers and sales partners can continue to rely on the same teams, services, and close collaboration.

The final preparations are in full swing, and our iQ IMAGE headquarters are slowly filling up as our partners arrive in Rostock. Tomorrow, we kick off the iQ Partner Days, formerly known as Sales Partner Training. We’re excited to welcome 31 participants from 13 countries and spend the next three days together exchanging ideas, sharing experiences, and connecting with each other. Looking forward to seeing everyone tomorrow!
