We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced Industrial Mechanic to join our location in Ratingen Germany.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and optimize CNC programs for a variety of industrial machines.
• Debug and troubleshoot CNC programs to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve CNC processes.
• Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance.
• Offer technical assistance for Autocad and Del Cam software.
• Assist customers with installation, troubleshooting, and usage of software.
• Advise clients on technical concerns, maintenance and upgrades.
• Develop strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Offer technical support for the software Power Shape, Power Mill, Open Mind, and Brreton Smart Cam.
• Assist customers with the installation, configuration, and utilization of software.
• Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to travel to customer sites.
• Takes proactive ownership and works with sense of urgency
Required Qualifications:
• Completed mechanical vocational training in an industrial mechanic
• 3+ years in CNC programming and industry
• Autocad, Del Cam, Power Shape, Power Mill, Open Mind, and Brreton Smart Cam software expertise.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Good IT knowledge
• Ability to understand customer requirements and offer effective solutions.
• Preventative maintenance expertise.
• Expertise in problem-solving and analysis.

Looking Field Service Engineer\Technician

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Performing all routine maintenance and repair, and providing on-site and on-call service for to the customer as detailed in service Level agreement.
• When necessary, replace defective units, components, or parts as appropriate.
• Submit written service reports concerning all maintenance activities.
• May install or relocate customer equipment and perform associated start-up and check-out procedures.
• Provide advance level of support for complex issue with regards to End User Workspace hardware, software and application
• Report and communicate technical issues to other technical staff and customers.
• Ensure the escalation procedure is adhered to.
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and leadership to junior or less experienced FSE’s.
Requirements:

• Good education in Mechanical Engineering/ Industrial IT or related field
• At least 2 years of working experience in an Industries
• Advance knowledge of industrial IT Installations in an industrial environment
• Good knowledge of computer Hardware and IT software application in Industry
• Good communication with team members and clients
• Creativity and pragmatism
• Travel may be required
