✅ Successful Machine Acceptance in Offenbach!

The Croatian packaging printer Istragrafika, part of the INCOM Group and a manufacturer of high-quality cardboard packaging, has successfully completed the acceptance of its new Cartonmaster CX 145 at the HEIDELBERG site in Offenbach. With the Cartonmaster, HEIDELBERG, together with manroland sheetfed, offers a high-performance sheetfed offset printing press in the large format. It is particularly suited to customers with high production volumes in the folding carton sector.

Installation at the Kanfanar site in Croatia will be carried out by a cross-border team of experts, demonstrating the strength of the HEIDELBERG and manroland sheetfed Germany service network.

We would like to thank Istragrafika d.o.o. for their trust and wish them a successful start to production! 🎉

ATTENTION!!

Sales process for the spare parts business from manroland sheetfed is ongoing…

So, service and spare parts are available at the market organizations and the headquarter at Offenbach am Main.

The company has informed its employees that, as part of the ongoing proceedings, manroland sheetfed GmbH is preparing to phase out production at its Offenbach am Main site.
The site is then expected to close.

This applies only to production. Concurrently, the sales and delivery process for the spare parts business is ongoing, and from the company's perspective, it is progressing in a satisfactory manner.

The phase-out of production is intended in particular to ensure that existing delivery commitments can be fulfilled and that the expertise required to manufacture highly specialised parts remains available during a transitional period, until an acquirer is able to integrate production and processes into its own organisation.

Based on the current situation, the interest of potential acquirers is focused exclusively on the globally positioned service and spare parts business, including the market and service organisation. This business is based on a worldwide installed base of machines and generates continuous demand for service and wear parts over many years. In addition, manroland sheetfed has an established international market and service organisation in numerous countries, which represents immediate value for potential acquirers.

Discussions with potential buyers of the spare parts business are ongoing. Based on the progress made so far, manroland sheetfed expects a positive outcome.
