Die nächste Reorganisation kommt bestimmt. Aber muss man wirklich jedes Mal von vorne anfangen?

Neue Strategien, veränderte Marktbedingungen, neue Technologien: Organisationen müssen sich ständig weiterentwickeln.

Trotzdem wird Organizational Design häufig noch als einmaliges Projekt betrachtet. Eine neue Struktur wird geplant, umgesetzt und irgendwann beginnt alles wieder von vorn.

Different HR leaders. Different organizations. One common challenge: Organizational Design.

That was one of the key takeaways from our conversations at TOP DRH Lyon. 🇫🇷

Throughout the event, our colleague Alexandre Diard had the opportunity to connect with HR leaders during numerous one-to-one meetings.

And one topic kept coming up: How can organizations adapt their structures to changing business needs while enabling people to perform at their best?

A good reminder that Organizational Design isn't just about reporting lines and org charts. It's about creating the right conditions for people and businesses to succeed.

Beyond the scheduled meetings, the conversations continued over lunch and dinner, all in a welcoming and engaging atmosphere.

Des DRH, des entreprises et des réalités différentes. Mais un défi commun : la conception organisationnelle.

C’est l’un des principaux enseignements de nos échanges lors du TOP DRH Lyon. 🇫🇷

Tout au long de l’événement, notre collègue Alexandre Diard a eu l’occasion de rencontrer de nombreux décideurs RH lors de rendez-vous individuels.

Et un sujet est revenu régulièrement : comment faire évoluer les structures organisationnelles pour répondre aux enjeux de l’entreprise, tout en permettant aux collaborateurs de donner le meilleur d’eux-mêmes ?

Une belle occasion de rappeler que la conception organisationnelle ne se résume pas à des organigrammes ou à des liens hiérarchiques. Il s’agit avant tout de créer les conditions nécessaires à la réussite des équipes et à la performance de l’entreprise.

Au-delà des rendez-vous, les discussions se sont poursuivies autour des déjeuners et des dîners, dans une ambiance aussi conviviale qu'enrichissante.

From great conversations over dinner to thought-provoking discussions on stage. SAP Connect 2026 gave us plenty to take home. 🇺🇸

What a few days in Las Vegas!

We kicked things off with our pre-event dinner at Ocean Prime, bringing together more than 50 peers from Europe and North America. A fantastic evening filled with good food, familiar faces, new connections, and conversations that went well beyond business.

Another highlight? Our speaking session with Clemens Siegfanz, Maggie Jimenez, and Rick Hespenheide.

More than 60 attendees joined us to explore a challenge organizations are increasingly facing: How can they continuously adapt their structures and workforce to changing business needs?

And the conversations didn't stop when the session ended. Many continued at our booth afterwards, which was great to see!

Beyond these highlights, SAP Connect was packed with valuable exchanges, fresh perspectives, and opportunities to strengthen existing partnerships and build new ones.

Our biggest takeaway? Technology creates possibilities. But it's the people, the connections, and the decisions we make together that turn them into progress.

60+ people joined our session at SAP Connect 2026.
But the best sign that the topic resonated?

The conversation didn’t end when the session did.

Attendees came by our booth afterwards to continue the discussion with Clemens Siegfanz, Maggie Jimenez, and Rick Hespenheide.

Because organizational transformation is no longer something companies deal with every few years.

Structures change. Workforce needs shift. New technologies reshape roles and responsibilities. And organizations need the transparency to understand what’s happening, and the ability to model what should happen next.

That’s where Organizational Performance becomes very practical: bringing structures, data, and people together so organizations can adapt without losing sight of how people actually work.

Bei Ingentis ist immer was los! 🥳

Drei Tage ZPE. Viele Gespräche. Wenig Sitzen. Viel Lachen. Und mittendrin: unser Team.

Denn bei aller Professionalität darf bei uns eines nicht fehlen: gemeinsam eine gute Zeit zu haben.

Zusammen anpacken, sich gegenseitig den Rücken freihalten und zwischendurch auch mal den Messestress vergessen. Genau diese Mischung macht für uns nicht nur die ZPE aus, sondern auch das Arbeiten bei Ingentis.
