Fleets are rapidly increasing the share of hybrid and electric vehicles, driven by emissions targets, incentives, and evolving OEM strategies. Rental, leasing, car-sharing, and mixed-use fleets are electrifying at scale.

Electric vehicles — especially plug-in hybrids — tend to generate roadside events more frequently than internal combustion engine vehicles. Not because of mechanical failures, but due to electrical and system-level situations such as battery state checks, warning light interpretation, resets, tyre alerts, keyless entry issues, and driver uncertainty.

💡 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐤𝐞𝐲 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭:
Even as roadside assistance volumes increase, a large share of these cases can be resolved over the phone — without dispatching a technician.

As part of this partnership, DC Connected technology powers RemotePRO Air, the new cloud-based function in the MAHLE TechPRO® 2 diagnostic tool.

Our Founder & CEO had the incredible opportunity to experience the GT4 race in Monza up close and get a behind-the-scenes look at a real racing team. A huge thank you to our long-time partner and for making it possible for us to be part of this special moment.

It was a fantastic experience to feel the passion and precision of motorsport directly in the pit. This unique opportunity not only brought a lot of fun but also further strengthened our team spirit and partnership.
