Later in the day, the team around Sunil Pandita & Jonathan Ng 黄文健, signed two important MoUs - one with ITE, one with Singapore Polytechnic.
When the doors of BEX Asia (The Built Environment Expo) as part of the International Built Environment Week (IBEW) 2026, opened at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore, the visitors not only had the chance to engange with six of our industry-leading brands - ALLPLAN, Bluebeam, GoCanvas, Archicad by Graphisoft, Solibri, Inc. & Vectorworks but also to be part of two AI-focused presentations on the IBEW stages.
➡️ NTU Partnership
The program, hosted by NTU's Digital Trust Centre, will be supported with €2 million (S$2.9 million) by the Nemetschek Innovation Foundation, funding eight PhD scholarships. Overall, the programme spans three research tracks: agentic AI for construction, lower embodied carbon in buildings, and physics-informed AI for climate-resilient cities. For the Nemetschek Innovation Foundation it is the first partnership in Asia.
