We get asked fairly often how we bring in our own leads. Not as a pitch, just genuine curiosity from people running their own pipeline.
We run the same system we build for clients, just pointed at ourselves. Knowing who we're trying to reach and why now, instead of casting a wide net. Outreach built around a real signal, not a generic opener.
Content plays its part too. The posts, case studies and frameworks we share exist so that by the time a conversation starts, there's already some familiarity in place. Cold outreach gets easier when it's not actually cold.
None of this moves fast. Most weeks look quieter than people might expect. But the leads that come through it already understand what we do, which saves everyone the first few conversations most sales processes need just to get to the real one.
We wouldn't say it's the only way that works, just the one we can stand behind, because we run it on ourselves before recommending it to anyone else.
What does your own lead generation actually look like behind the scenes?
