A question that sparked one of the most engaging discussions at International Hotel Technology Forum (IHTF).
Kicked off by Ted Horner (E Horner & Associates Pty Ltd.), the panel brought together Jean Bessard (The Leading Hotels of the World), Shrikant Shenoy (أديرا للضيافة | Adeera Hospitality - a PIF Company), Catt McLeod (Elegant Hotel Collection), & dailypoint's Maarten Edelman.
Different viewpoints, honest exchanges — but one clear takeaway:
Technology should enable exceptional service, not define it.
