PepperMint Talents GmbH

PepperMint Talents is the brainchild of the idea that the relationship between the Recruitment Industry and the Tech Industry and its professionals is fundamentally flawed and needs a lot of improvement in order to be sustainable. So we sat down with numerous tech companies and lots and lots of MINT-Professionals and asked them what they expect from a recruiting company? After a while a clear pattern began to emerge, people wanted:
- faster responses
- a better candidate-job-fit
- qualified recruiters who are invested in what they're doing
- less recruiter spam

We've made this ideas our core principles,
this means for you: no more unnecessary phone calls, no more job-offers that don't match your profile and of course no more "recruiter SPAM"! PepperMint Talents GmbH, Recruiting made in Germany
