Today we've submitted massive changes in AREG SDK. Thank you very much contributors and reviewers for the help.

1. Now can compile projects with Make, CMake, Visual Studio Code, MS Visual Studio and Eclipse.
2. We have 20 examples for Linux and 21 examples for Windows platforms.
3. We have thread Watchdog and can run timers in microseconds.
4. AREG SDK took more advantages of modern C++ (c++17).
5. There were massive bug fixes regarding threads and timers.

We continue to focus on performance and implementation of new features. The next step would be the integration of Google Test.
