On the road again! 🌎

This weekend, Mike and Tom kicked off another exciting business trip to Fort Worth, Dallas, where they’ll spend the week meeting with one of our key clients.

The agenda is packed — strategic meetings, product workshops and deep dives into new ideas that will shape the next chapter of our collaboration.

As we are part of the Xcelerator Program, our focus is on supporting medical device companies in advancing their engineering and system modeling capabilities — helping teams accelerate innovation and ensure quality in complex development environments.

Of course, Harald 🦊 joined the journey!
From check-in at the airport to the sunrise views in Dallas, he’s been keeping the team company — even during prep-sessions and our StandUp in GatherTown to keep in touch with all team members across Europe.

Training in Texas 🇺🇸

Just a few days ago, we wrapped up another impactful two-week workshop — this time in Fort Worth, Texas — where we had the opportunity to teach, collaborate, and problem-solve alongside our customers. 🦊

The focus: hands-on training in systems modeling and model-based systems engineering (MBSE), with a strong emphasis on effective tooling with MagicDraw and Capella.
We worked closely with teams to share best practices, deepen technical understanding, and apply system engineering methods to real-world challenges. ✍

Sessions like these are not just about knowledge transfer — they’re about creating long-term value through shared learning and stronger communication.
Thanks to everyone who joined us in Fort Worth – already looking forward to the next opportunity! 💪

System Engineering Sync in California 🇺🇸

A few days ago, part of our team traveled to Lake Forest California for a multi-day system engineering exchange aimed at aligning workflows, improving collaboration, and deepening our understanding of partner-specific methods and tools.

Across four productive days, we explored key differences and common ground in system architecture approaches, worked hands-on with MagicDraw, and refined how we visualize and structure complex systems.

This kind of in-person collaboration helps us stay agile, learn faster, and adapt processes where it makes sense — all while building stronger bridges across teams and time zones.

Back in Germany… we were definitely feeling the jet lag!

This June, we welcomed Will from our U.S. office in Denver to the foxsolution EU team in Germany! 🇺🇸➡️🇩🇪

As part of his onboarding as a System Architect, Will spent an exciting week diving into our workflows and experiencing firsthand what makes our team culture so unique.
From in-depth Capella and Arcadia training with our architect Denis to local traditions like the Kirchweih in Leinburg and time at our office in Nuremberg’s picturesque Old Town, it was a week of learning and exchange, and cross-cultural connection.

We’re happy to have Will on board and hope he enjoyed his time in Germany. It was our pleasure having him with us, and we’re looking forward to what’s ahead!

World Autism Awareness Day

At foxsolution, we recognize the importance of supporting neurodivergent employees by making meaningful adjustments, such as flexible work arrangements, remote options, and accommodating individual needs—whether that means keeping cameras off in meetings or taking breaks when overwhelmed.

Despite their talents, autistic individuals face significant barriers in the workplace. Studies show that a large percentage of autistic adults remain unemployed or underemployed due to a lack of awareness and proper accommodations from employers. Workplaces must do better by implementing supportive policies that allow autistic professionals to thrive.

For many, the challenges begin long before employment. Women, nonbinary, and trans individuals, as well as autistic people of color and those from less privileged backgrounds, often struggle to get diagnosed. Their autistic traits are frequently overlooked due to outdated stereotypes centered around white, male presentations of autism. This lack of recognition makes it even harder for them to access support, be understood, and advocate for themselves in education and the workplace.

Wrapping Up an Intense and Insightful Week! 🇰🇷✨

The final day of the EU Business Hub Mission was all about last meetings—both at the Business Exhibition and KIMES—before it was time to take down our booth and reflect on an incredible week. During the debrief session, we shared key takeaways and exchanged feedback.

A huge thank you to the entire EU Business Hub team for their support, who have been guiding us every step of the way since January, and a special shoutout to Jungle who has been incredibly supportive and helpful this week!
You can even spot Jungle in the picture with Tom, Mike, and our new Korean fox-mascot—also named Jungle—who stepped in for Harald for the rest of the week. 🦊

While Tom and Michi are now on their way home, Sara will stay a few days longer, making the most of KIMES over the weekend.
