A successful week at the Congress in .

Together with our partner Akili3D, we showcased professional 3D stereo visualisation with the 3D PluraView and high-performance Schneider Digital PULSARON workstations.

Visitors experienced 3D city models, photogrammetry projects and point clouds with true spatial depth — making geospatial data easier to understand, analyse and work with.

Explaining 3D is always best when people can experience it directly.

At the 3DISE Conference in Prague, Josef Schneider had the opportunity to introduce the PluraView 3D stereo monitor to conference guests and show how spatial visualization can make complex 3D data easier to understand.

Because sometimes, seeing data in 3D is not just more impressive.

In medicine, it is often not just about seeing images.
It is about understanding structures in three dimensions.

This became impressively clear at the Medical University of Graz / LKH University Hospital Graz during a presentation by Univ.-Prof. Priv.-Doz. Dr. med. univ. Stefan Wolfsberger.

As a neurosurgeon, Prof. Wolfsberger works extensively with stereoscopic 3D imaging. Especially in this field, spatial perception can make a decisive difference – in analysis, in education and in the presentation of complex medical content.

The presentation featured the Medical Presenter, a software solution developed together with KDAB, which enables medical content such as images, stereo videos and 3D objects to be presented interactively.

Instead of relying on classic slides, it creates a presentation environment in which 3D content can be dynamically controlled, viewed spatially and explored intuitively – including SpaceMouse integration and a 3D cursor.

For Schneider Digital, this is a strong example of how stereoscopic visualization can create real value in the medical field.

Not as a technical effect.
But as a tool for precision, understanding and better communication.
