Schneider Digital ist seit der Gründung 1995 auf die Produktion und den Vertrieb von professioneller 3D-Hardware spezialisiert. This year, we’re showing how Schneider Digital is evolving: alongside our professional stereo displays and workstations, we’re introducing ImmersaXR-Studio, our own software for immersive 3D workflows. Bringing hardware, software, and your geospatial data together — from working in stereo 3D on 3D PluraView to exploring data as a group on 3D GlobeView.

With PluraView, he can involve students in LiDAR projects after two to four days of intensive training — students who would struggle to interpret the same point clouds on a conventional 2D screen. Seeing where the points lie in space helps them understand the data and work much faster.

The best hardware? The kind you no longer have to think about while working.

At INTERGEO 2025, we spoke with Frédéric Thomas, founder and CEO of RhinoTerrain, about the creation of digital cities.

RhinoTerrain transforms photogrammetric data and imagery captured from aircraft and drones into complete, textured 3D city models – bringing together information from 2D, 3D, and GIS environments.

With the 3D PluraView, professional workstations, and 3D input devices, the technology fades into the background – allowing users to focus entirely on the task at hand.

At INTERGEO 2025, we spoke with EliteCAD about how point clouds of buildings and terrain can be cleaned, transformed into intelligent 3D models, and used for planning, reporting, material lists, and data exchange via IFC.

Combined with Schneider Digital’s high-performance workstations and stereoscopic displays, teams can work with, evaluate, and present the same model together in true stereo 3D – rather than simply viewing it.

Use OpenXR applications and WebXR content on stereoscopic displays, VR Walls, and CAVEs – without application-specific code modifications.

With ImmersaXR-Studio, Schneider Digital is expanding its professional 3D visualization portfolio with a new middleware solution for open XR workflows in professional environments.

Many XR applications are designed primarily for head-mounted displays. Until now, using them on open, shared 3D visualization systems has often required custom integration. ImmersaXR-Studio bridges this gap, enabling supported OpenXR applications and WebXR content to be used on stereoscopic desktop monitors, VR Walls, Powerwalls, and CAVE systems.

It provides a consistent interaction layer featuring:

• stereoscopic visualization• head tracking• an integrated 3D cursor• support for the 3Dconnexion SpaceMouse

Typical applications include immersive design and engineering reviews on large-scale VR systems, precise interaction at stereoscopic desktop workstations, and the use of WebXR-enabled content in professional visualization environments.

ImmersaXR-Studio extends existing XR workflows to professional stereoscopic display systems – supporting collaborative reviews, presentations, and informed decision-making directly within the 3D model.
