Last week, 546 colleagues from 40 countries came together for our ๐๐น๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐&๐ ๐ฒ๐๐ฒ๐ป๐ at Konica Minolta, an inspiring moment of learning, reflection and connection across our global community.
Taking place during ๐ Pride Month, the session was a strong reminder of why inclusion matters: creating an environment where everyone feels seen, respected and confident to be themselves is essential for both people and business success.

Psychological safety is the foundation of true collaboration. When people feel safe to speak up, share ideas, challenge assumptions and learn from mistakes, diversity turns into innovation and impact.
Our panelists were leaders from Brazil, Europe, Japan and the US, highlighted that:
โช๏ธ Inclusion is built through daily behaviours, listening, openness and trust
โช๏ธ Curiosity over judgement enables better decisions
โช๏ธ Speaking up and learning from mistakes must be encouraged at every level
โช๏ธ Breaking silos is not only structural, it happens through how we interact every day

Not only leaders, but each of us can actively contribute by listening more, asking thoughtful questions and creating space for others to contribute. Turning intention into impact also means reflecting on our behaviours and measuring progress, linking it to engagement and continuous improvement.
Psychological safety is not a one-time initiative, it is something we build together, every day.
