We want to create added value with our work. However, we can only achieve this if we are all experts in our field. To achieve this, continuous training is the solution for us.
Alexander Rühle, our CEO, takes the approach of absorbing new impulses every day. It is important for all of us to open ourselves to the influences of our environment and to learn from them.
But that's not all, of course. At zapliance, the usual ways of advanced training are of course also encouraged. Whether it's conferences, trade fairs, books or online webinars, if we want to quench our thirst for knowledge, we are not only allowed to do so but also encouraged to do so.
Our respective skillsets are our greatest strengths and that's why it's so important to keep building on them. If you don't like to be around people, you always have the opportunity to learn on your own. For this purpose, we have our library in the office, which is constantly growing. Book requests are always welcome here.
We believe that passion for one's job also makes you want to learn more about your field and keep trying out new things. This generates new ideas, increases employee satisfaction and the quality of work, and all of this ultimately contributes to our success in what we do.
