Since I began studying visual communication, I’ve kept a yearly tradition of creating a digital postcard to mark the Jewish New Year in September. Through these postcards, I examine the boundaries of Hebrew typography—experimenting with building typographic forms from simple shapes and grids. These experiments are purely formal, rooted in geometry rather than religion. They are my secular way of engaging with Hebrew letters.

Instead of the traditional שנה טובה (Good Year), I chose שנת תקווה (Year of Hope).
Hope to learn how to pick up the pieces.
Hope to believe in a better future, a peaceful one.
Even if it feels unattainable, we must keep hoping. 🕊️

‘Trends Have Ends’ is a poster series I created during the Covid-19 lockdown in 2020, criticizing Pinterest trends and moodboard culture, where everything starts to feel and look the same.

I decided to print physical posters using silk screen in a very limited edition:

Eighty years ago today, one of the most horrific crimes of the N**i regime took place at a subcamp of the Neuengamme concentration camp in Hamburg. On the night of April 20, 1945, twenty Jewish children—used for brutal „medical“ experiments—were murdered at Bullenhuser Damm, along with their four caretakers. The goal: to erase the evidence before the Allied forces arrived.

About a year ago, I was approached by the Foundation of the Bullenhuser Damm Memorial to design a bilingual catalog in memory of the children. This project was a way to ensure their story is not forgotten.

It’s never too late to wish a happy new year, and it’s never too late to wish for a peaceful year. 🕊️

In Jewish tradition, we celebrate the new year by wishing “שנה טובה,” which means “good year.” This year, I decided to wish for a peaceful year—“שנת שלום” in Hebrew and “سنة سلام” in Arabic.

As you might have already seen, I sent this card to a few colleagues and friends, and after receiving many requests, I decided to put it in my online shop for only 5 Euros (!!!).

All proceeds will be donated to , an organization that brings Israeli and Palestinian teenagers together to talk, meet, and realize that the other is just as human as they are.

I invite you to order your postcard (or share this post) in order to send a message of peace and hope.

P.S. I’ve now added a lower-cost shipping option in my website for small objects (postcards and books).

Catalog design for “Family Karma,” an exhibition by photographer and videographer .schwarze. Conceptually rooted in the three distinct elements of the exhibition, the catalog reassembles these fragments into a unified piece. Printed on three types of paper and using only silver and black inks, the design mirrors the theme of fragmentation and reconstruction.

The radial typographic grid was inspired by sketches from Richard Buckminster Fuller, and this poster draws somewhat inspiration from his quote: “When I am working on a problem, I never think about beauty, but when I have finished, if the solution is not beautiful, I know it is wrong.”

This poster is currently exhibited until 26.12 at “Poster Club” (.fm), an exhibition curated by , , and .ko. Alongside this piece, posters by 40 other talented artists are also on display.

Collaboration between Hamburg and Seoul 🌍

and teamed up to animate the project ‚The Alphabetical Room‘ using the palindrome NOON and EYE.

✨ We printed every single animation frame in Riso with our friends at and later hand-bound each print into a 5.6 x 9.4 cm flipbook 📖.

🎨 Accompanying the books, we created 40.2 x 14.2 cm prints of the complete motif, also printed in Risograph technique in three colors.

⚠️ Important note: Yellow flipbooks are not deliverable yet – you can preorder them in the shop, and they’ll be shipped around mid-January 📦.
