Last week, we swapped our desks for the running track 🏃🏼
Some of our colleagues joined the 14th company run in Plauen. A few kilometers, good company and a shared goal – sounds like a pretty good way to spend an afternoon. Plus, there was definitely something to celebrate, as we took home the win! 🏆
And there was an extra reason to run, too. Part of the entry fee was donated to support children with cancer in the Vogtland region.

Help yourself to an ice-cold drink from the fridge, take an ice cream break with colleagues, or turn your afternoon coffee into an iced coffee with a few ice cubes 🧊☕ And when lunchtime comes around, there might also be a barbecue waiting. Once a month, we fire up the grill and enjoy lunch together 🌭

We had a visitor 👀 Linus Tech Tips came all the way to Falkenstein to see Germany's largest data center park up close, and we may have had a little too much fun on the tour. Canadian curiosity meets German infrastructure, and the result is now live on YouTube. Watch it before the FOMO hits.

We recently welcomed 15 IT students and two teachers from the vocational school BSZ Roth to our data center park in Nuremberg 🌐

After a short introduction to Hetzner as a hosting provider and employer, it was time to go behind the scenes. During the tour, the students got a closer look at our infrastructure and heard directly from one of our apprentices what everyday life at Hetzner is really like. From replacing hard drives to working hands-on with hardware: IT is much more than just sitting behind a screen 💻😎
