We introduced a new 𝗦𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲 for our 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 (𝗔𝗪𝗚𝘀) which accelerates automated testing processes. Driven by direct customer demand, we quickly developed and delivered the new feature as a support task, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲. The new "Sequence Restart Mode" expands the long list of functions, firmware options and software tools to make our AWGs even more versatile. 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀! 🏗️ Luckily, the shell construction of our new company building was finished before the harsh winter hit northern Germany! After weeks of freezing temperatures and heavy snowfall, spring has finally arrived - 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗿𝗮𝗽𝗶𝗱𝗹𝘆: The roof is now being finalized, and interior construction is moving ahead at full speed. It’s amazing to see how our vision is steadily turning into reality 🌱🏗️ If everything goes according to plan, the Spectrum crew will move into the new headquarters as early as October!

𝗗𝗗𝗦 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘅𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗿𝗯𝗶𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗿𝘆 𝗪𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀 🚀 As of today, with the launch of DDS for our general-purpose AWGs, we now offer a 𝗗𝗗𝗦 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 for all 77 of our Arbitrary Waveform Generators (AWGs). 𝗗𝗗𝗦 (𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗴𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗶𝘀), is a very easy way to generate sinusoidal signals, finely tuneable references, waveform trains, frequency sweeps, and modulated signals in all kinds of industries!

A Spectrum PCI digitizer card PCI.212, serial number 01158, delivered to a world-renowned German research institute on 25. September 2000, is still running reliably today - 𝗮𝗳𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟱 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘂𝗼𝘂𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗲! ⚙️The card is operated in the institute’s ultrasound lab for sound field measurements. Despite its age, this 12-bit, 2-channel digitizer, with a sampling rate of up to 80 MS/s, remains fully capable for many measurement tasks.
