Not sure what an &Charge challenge actually is?

Think of it as a small contribution at a charging stop – often a quick check or photo – that helps improve real world charging for everyone.

Examples of a challenge:
* Take a photo of the charging station
* Check if the screen is working
* Look for visible damage or obstacles around the charger

The app always tells you what you’ll do and how long it takes before you accept. Most challenges only take a couple of minutes while you’re already plugged in.

Next week, Michael Timm starts his FIRE+ICE North Tour – driving an ID.3 GTX FIRE+ICE from Germany all the way up to Arvidsjaur in Swedish Lapland:

winter roads, charging stops and a lot of real world experience along the way.

We’re taking a short recharging break – even superheroes need a full battery! 🔋⚡🎅

We also need to recharge our energy from time to time, so we’re taking a small break. Between the holidays, the &Charge team will be partially on vacation until January 4, 2026.

As a result, it may currently take a bit longer until:
❓support requests are answered
🤓challenges are reviewed and kilometers are credited

As you know, we review all challenges manually, and during the Christmas break this can sometimes take a little longer than usual.
But don’t worry: everything will be charged, checked, and credited – no range anxiety involved 😉⚡
