Six years ago, ANT started as a small team with a big belief: that technology can help businesses move forward - but only when it moves people forward too.
Since then, we’ve grown, learned, evolved and transformed alongside the companies we support. And now, as we celebrate six years, we’re building a new chapter in our own journey of reinvention. Because transformation isn’t something we simply deliver. It’s something we live by.
Over the past months, ANT has gone through a re-defining of who we are and how we show up in the world: a new identity shaped by what we’ve learned, what we value and what our ambitions are for the future.

Our transformation comes to life in a reshaped visual language. A propeller, evolved from our triangle: a symbol of forward motion, acceleration and progress. A color palette built around clarity, momentum and trust Our new website and tone of voice reflect the same principle: energy in motion.

► Walking the talk
We see the world around us is changing faster than ever. Change is no longer episodic; it’s continuous. And reinvention is no longer optional; it’s essential. But the real challenge isn’t the pace of change, it’s that the old toolkit for managing it no longer works. Organizations today must learn to navigate multiple transformations at once and make change a source of energy, not exhaustion. And beyond that, they must master reinvention: rethinking how value is created, redefining identity and letting go of what no longer serves them. At ANT, we choose to lead by example. We can’t guide companies through reinvention unless we’re willing to reinvent ourselves. And so we did.

As part of our transformation, we’re thrilled to share another milestone: our new office in Switzerland, strengthening our presence in the DACH region and deepening our commitment to local partnerships, with a strong presence on the ground, lead by the managing director there, Michael Ryffel.
