Meet Sara! 🚀

"I have been part of All for One for 6 years now, working as an Expert Process Services with a focus on the internal Lead-to-Cash process and the applications and tools integrated into it.

My daily responsibilities include overseeing and supporting all topics and projects related to the Lead-to-Cash process and connected applications such as the CPQ and ERP systems, always with a holistic perspective in mind. I enjoy taking a comprehensive approach to ensure smooth operations and optimal results.

What I particularly love about All for One is the opportunity to constantly grow and push beyond my limits. ✨ The inspiring environment here motivates me every day to give my best and actively contribute to our collective progress.

Outside of work, I’m all about athletic challenges—whether it’s running, hiking, strength training, or cycling. 🏃‍♂️💪 Recently, I completed the Berlin Marathon, a milestone that reflects my passion for pushing boundaries and achieving new goals. 🏅✨"

Meet Shereen!

For the past 17 years, Shereen has been an integral part of All for One Egypt, growing from a Software Developer to their current role as Regional Director. Along the way, she has taken on roles like Project Manager and Program Manager, driven by a passion for continuous learning and dedication to the company’s success.

Now leading the Customer Experience Team in Egypt, Shereen focuses on delivering innovative solutions and optimizing customer journeys, guiding cross-functional teams to excellence.

What inspires them most at All for One is the company’s collaborative culture, emphasis on empowerment, and opportunities for growth. 🙌

Outside of work, Shereen enjoys traveling, outdoor adventures, and exploring psychology. Their spirit animal? The horse — a symbol of freedom, energy, and determination. 🐎

Meet Krzysztof!

Since January 2020, Krzyszt of has been a key part of All for One Poland, now excelling as a Senior Consultant for SAP HCM & SuccessFactors with over 8 years of experience. They specialize in payroll and time and attendance solutions, working across ECC, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors, from small fixes to full implementations.

What he love most about All for One is the supportive culture, where help is always just a question away—especially from their amazing supervisor. 🙌

Outside work, Krzysztof stays active with running, squash, basketball (as captain of the company team), and the gym. He also love playing with their Border Collie, Freya.
Recently, he ventured into the world of electronic music, though they admit he currently more Ross Geller on the keyboard than Tiesto! 🎹🎵

Fun fact: Krzysztof is one of the tallest people in the room, so if you hear someone bumping their head on a door frame, it’s probably him! 😊

"Since September 2023, I've been pursuing my apprenticeship as an Office Management Specialist with a focus on Finance, Assistance, and Secretarial tasks at All for One Group. My daily responsibilities vary depending on the department, so you could say I’m a bit of a "jack of all trades," supporting my team wherever I'm needed.

What I appreciate most about my apprenticeship is the respectful treatment I receive and the chance to help shape my training process. I feel genuinely well-treated and am proud to be part of this amazing team.

Outside of work, I’m a total book lover 📚 and a huge Marvel fan! 💥"

"I started my journey at All for One Group over two years ago as an HR Administrator in the Payroll team. Currently, I am responsible for tracking payroll processes and supporting my colleagues with travel expenses, visa processes, and similar matters.

What I love most about All for One is the friendly and supportive work culture. Additionally, the strong team spirit and openness to innovative projects make working here even more enjoyable. The flexible working opportunities are also a significant advantage for me.

For a few years now, I have been enjoying collecting vinyl records as a hobby. Recently, I also aim to improve my skills in pottery." 🎼🎨
