You see what people are really made of when the wind changes, the technology stops helping and nobody has the luxury of waiting.
The TREND.sk Regatta made that very practical.
New roles. New terminology. A boat you do not fully control. And technical issues on top - from sensors to winches.
There was good energy, good conversations and a few moments where the boat reminded us who is actually in charge.
You either stay calm, learn fast and support each other.
Or it gets messy.

Roles change. Information is incomplete. Technology does not cooperate. Decisions still have to be made.

๐๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐ผ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฒ ๐ถ๐ ๐ผ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐น๐๐ฒ - panic consumes capacity. Calm creates options.
